A specialist in the police for more than 16 years, Matt progressed through various departments before becoming instrumental in the security and safety planning for many significant events in London for many years. Matt has now worked in the private sector for over 15 years and is a well-respected event safety, security and operations specialist. During this period Matt has supported a broad portfolio of high profile, high impact events of global importance for clients in all industry sectors including government, community and private sectors.
Jon Bailey
Director of Operations
Served for over 30 years in the police as a specialist in the Police Service. He has worked alongside Matt for over 18 years on high profile, high impact events both in public and private sector. Jon is a leader in Command and Control and many other specialist skills to include Training, Diversity and change management to name but a few.
Of Jon, Matt says: “He is extremely methodical in his approach to everything and has a very logical brain, believing people perform best when slightly out of their comfort zone.
